Dirt-like, Joe Dirt

Joe Dirt: [Facing mirror] She's your sister dude she's gotta be and you made out with her man! What's wrong with you, you pervert!
[turns away from mirror]
Joe Dirt: Well I didn't know she was my sister when I kissed her, so it's not my fault. And she's one of the hottest girls on the planet.
[turns back to mirror]
Joe Dirt: You just said your sister's hot! What a fuhreak! You're going to hell man!
[turns away from mirror]
Joe Dirt: I gotta tell her what happened, why I got weird. And for god sakes' I gotta treat her like a sister.
[next scene, you hear them having sex]
This dialog was the first thing that came to mind when I saw this: Twins Separated at Birth Met and Married.

That'll toss out a few scars...

If they have no intention of having kids, I see no reason why they shouldn't stay married. Since the possibility of bearing children with severe birth defects being exponentially greater between siblings is the only reason it is a societal taboo, any squeamish reaction to just the thought that they are married siblings is silly at best, in my honest opinion.

Easy to say its silly... unless you're that person that just realized you've had sex with a sibling. Its just a serious serious ick factor. Mental or not... Good Lord its there. Blech.

As one who is adopted let me tell you......Icky. Blech. YIKES. Talk about a mind f*ck....

That very scenerio is the stuff of nightmares. OMG! yeah, nightmares.....

"Easy to say its silly... unless you're that person that just realized you've had sex with a sibling."

I guess I need to clarify what I meant.

I PERSONALLY don't ascribe an ick factor to said act under the circumstances I described. And I don't think that any laws should dictate that, upon finding out, they should be forced to split up if they don't want to, nor should society dictate that or treat them as social pariahs.

If they PERSONALLY feel an ick factor and choose to split up, so be it. And it really is easy for me to say, never having been in the situation myself. But then who knows how I might feel if I had a really fuckable sister?

Ok, I'm worried because I thought of the same scene with Joe Dirt when I saw that on the news.
