'Cane Poaching

Just a question for those Flouride people... you know, the one's with all of the hurricanes.

Hurricane season is over.

Hurricane Epsilon is out there... the fourteenth of the season. The season that's over.

Isn't that poaching of some sort? How do they assess fines for 'canes out of season? Who do they fine, and who doles out the fines? I'm very confused.

I don't know, but this needs to be analyzed and fixed. There is a 40% chance that Zeta will form in Mid-December in the Carribean. That sucks. Big. We need some of that der snow youse guys get.

Well...I'm thinkin' the hunter, right? The hurricane hunter. Just makes sense to me.

Either that or like kids with hurricane, or snow, days - next year they reduce hurricane season by however many days this one is enlongated. A give and take as it were.

IOW - who knows?!?!?!?!

Yes, this is definitely a type of poaching. I heard that a government committee has been formed to look into this. What I heard was that acts of God continuing to form hurricanes are the responsibility of the President or possibly terrorists. Either way, they are going to hike our taxes up, instead of trying to fine one or the other, to pay for this congressional committee.

Well I think those nosey busy bodies at NOAA, since they're the ones who NAME the little darlings. Wouldn't that "techically" make them parents in collusion with ol' Mother Nature (whose been a banging babe this season!)? Which would then make them liable for child support and when your kids mess up someone elses house, aren't YOU as the parent expected to be responsible for them? I think I'm on to something here! ;)
